Thanks for providing the link to the story, rastamon. After reading the last sentence

'No one else was injured in the crash, but it caused about $2,000 worth of damage to city property.'

it is my considered opinion that Mr Jason Lea of the Ohio News-Herald need a good hard kick in the pants to show him the error of his cynical ways.

Damn, I was so angry with Jason Lea that I forgot to send my condolences to Tim's family and friends. I'd like to put that oversight straight now.

Also the blood test showed no drugs or alcohol in his system.
That's very cold if the reporter does not amend the story.

Somewhere in San Francisco
On a back porch in July
Just looking up to heaven
At this crescent in the sky

Standing on the moon
With nothing left to do
A lovely view of heaven
But I'd rather be with you - be with you

I miss you! I keep thinking of our time spent in San Francisco.... Meeting for the first time at Nelson Ledges back in 1999!! Dipping our toes in the quarry water watching the sun rise all while listening to the symphony of birds chirping.
Meeting up in the oddest of places.
Life is all what you make of it....
And you made it wonderful!

I love you!!!!!!!! Friends are easily made - but TRUE friends are hard to find. You were a true friend.
